Centanio was incredible! He came out in the afternoon to assess my problems and determined that I needed two new springs and a new garage door opener. The price he quoted me was just over half of the prices quoted by others! He came back that evening and did all the work! He has such a great work ethic and a great attitude. I had an issue with my garage door late Friday and Mr. Frasier came over early Saturday assess the issue and told me the spring had broken on old garage door.The home builder installed a Wayne Dalton internal spring (cheap). Parts ordered and installed Monday afternoon with a better spring and beefier cables and pulleys. 1 hour and done also reprogrammed my garage door opener so it would be recalibrated with better system. I had no idea this had to be done but Mr. Frasier answered and question that I had.I highly recommend Centanio Frasier to address anyone’s garage door issues. Thanks again

First, let me say Thank You Centanio for your honesty and integrity. Centanio was called to our home because the chain broke on the garage door. Once arrived, he adviced us that it would be best to replace the garage door itself due to the age of the garage door. He recommended Chamberlain and we purchased. As he began to replace the the garage door, he advised me that my spring rod was not the right size. He took the time to show me the metrics and color coding of the size we should have on the garage door. That spring rod was almost 2yrs old. I had a 218 on it and it should have been 234. Which could have led to my chain breaking prematurely. I was not happy. But I wanted the job to done correctly. He did an awesome job and helped with programming my truck as well. Even though it cost me more than what was planned, I am truly thankful that he took the time to educate me and complete the job thoroughly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Not only did he solve the problem, but he was able to identify problematic areas based on the installation and address those as well. I rarely provide reviews. But the service by Awards Garage Door Repair was truly outstanding. The technician/owner arrived on time and replaced the coiled springs for two garage doors in an efficient manner, with helpful suggestions and explanations. Most of all, he was honest. He could have easily sold additional but unnecessary repairs, but patiently explained why they were not needed. His prices are fair and reasonable. In short, he is terrific and i strongly recommend his services.

Centanio came out at 7 pm at night to fix the motor on my garage door. He was professional and polite. He honored the verbal quote he gave without trying to upcharge me once he got on site and saw the job. He didn't attempt to sell me other "repairs needed". He explained why my motor failed (poor initial installation) and when I asked him to tune it up he honestly told me that the whole assembly including the rod, brackets, springs and doors would have to be taken apart and put back together. He recommended regular maintenance instead which would be more cost efficient. I would use him again.

Mr. Centanio Frasier from Awards Garage Door Repairs arrived at the house to fix the trim outside of the garage, which he completed promptly. I also asked him to repair the outside garage door opener. He determined that it was broken, and fortunately, he had a replacement on hand. He programmed the new device and resolved the issue right then and there. Overall, his price was reasonable, and I’m happy with the results. I will be using this company again for my future garage door repairs.
